How does the automatic curling function work?
The SY-801 uses automatic rotation to help wrap a section of hair around the styling barrel. Follow the included user manual for the correct hair placement, section size, rotation controls and release technique. Read the instructions before your first use.
What temperature settings can I choose?
The SY-801 has an adjustable temperature range of 160°C to 200°C. Refer to the user manual for the available settings and adjustment instructions, and choose a temperature appropriate for your hair’s needs.
Will the SY-801 work with my local power supply?
Check the voltage rating and plug specifications of the exact version you are ordering, and make sure they match the power supply where you will use it. Do not assume every version has the same electrical requirements. Contact us before purchasing if you need help confirming compatibility.
How quickly does it heat up?
The SY-801 is designed for fast heat-up. Allow it to reach the selected temperature before styling, and follow the readiness instructions in the user manual. Heat-up time may vary depending on the selected temperature and operating conditions.
Is shipping free, and when should I expect my order?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within Indonesia, Mexico and Brazil, with orders dispatched from our local warehouse in the delivery country.

Can I return my order?
You may request an eligible change-of-mind return within 15 calendar days of receiving your item, subject to the conditions in our Returns & Refunds policy. For these voluntary returns, items must be unused, undamaged and returned with their original packaging, accessories and manuals.
